Moment Acclaim exists to carry personal words and memories, so we try to collect only what the Service needs and to be clear about what happens to it. This policy explains what we collect, why, who can see it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have.

The short version

The key points in plain words. The full text below is what counts.

  • You sign in with Google. We get your name, email, and profile picture, never your password.
  • What you put in a moment is stored so the people you share the link with can see it.
  • Anyone with the link can open the moment while it is open. Share it only with people you trust.
  • No ads, no selling your data, and no tracking cookies. Only sign-in cookies.
  • Moments are not deleted when they close. Email us any time and we will delete them.
  • You can ask to see, fix, or delete your data. See "Your privacy rights" below.
